Welcome to Ad2Earn! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ad2Earn mobile application operated by Raja Tech. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Account Registration and Eligibility
- You must be a real human user to register. Bots, emulators, and automated scripts are strictly prohibited.
- You must connect a valid Google Account to access withdrawal features and offerwalls. Guest accounts are for trial purposes only and cannot withdraw funds.

- Single Account Policy: Users are allowed to maintain only one active account and must not create multiple accounts to misuse the Service.
2. Earning Coins and Rewards
- Ad2Earn provides virtual "Coins" for completing tasks such as watching ads, playing games, scratching cards, and completing offerwalls.
- Coins have no real-world monetary value until they are successfully requested for withdrawal and approved by our team.
- Ad2Earn is not a gambling app. Rewards are strictly based on user time and effort (completing tasks and watching ads).
3. Withdrawal and Payouts
- The minimum withdrawal limit is 100,000 Coins (equivalent to ₹100).
- Users can withdraw via UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, or Gift Cards.
- Payouts are subject to manual review to ensure no fraudulent activities occurred. Standard processing time is within 48 to 72 hours.
- You must provide accurate payment details. Ad2Earn is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address provided by the user.
4. Anti-Fraud and Fair Usage Policy
Any attempt to manipulate the app's economy may result in account restriction, suspension, termination, and forfeiture of coins. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using VPNs, Proxies, or any IP-altering software.
- Using Auto-clickers, macros, or automation tools.
- Using Emulators or Rooted devices to access the app.
- Abusing the referral system by referring yourself (Self-referral).
- Skipping or blocking ads using third-party software.
5. Third-Party Content
The app contains links to third-party websites, games (GameMonetize), and offerwalls (PubScale) (AdGem) . We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will immediately cease, and any pending coins, rewards, or withdrawal requests may be forfeited.
7. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data through the "Delete Account" option available in the Profile section of the app.
Once confirmed, the account and associated data may be permanently deleted, and access to the Service will immediately cease.
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment verification purposes.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
